Description:
The object of the procurement is planning services for the project and implementation planning of the Kanku school in the city of Varkaus. The design of the request for tender is carried out as an overall design. Including the following design sections. Main, architectural, structural, GEO-technical, HVAC, electrical, building automation, fireselectronic and acoustic design. Project planning is included in the overall planning.
Building automation planning (RAU) must be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Varkaus city district inspectorate. Bids are requested and the decision to select a designer is made as an overall design, including the project directionI'm fighting. The tenderer must be an architectural office, acting in the role of the main designer of the project as required by the legislation. The formation of a group / association is allowed. The representative (= bidder) must be an architectural firm.
The 2023 budget of the city of Varkaus has an amount of €50,000aha for the project planning of the project. In the 2024 budget, an allocation for construction planning is presented. The designer will be chosen as the designer who made the most economically advantageous overall design offer based on the lowest price.in as a primary school for 240 pupils. The new elementary school planned for Kankun-harju for 1st to 6th graders will replace the school buildings in Luttila and Puurtila.
