- The acquisition of electronic measuring instruments is to acquire Metropolia University of Applied Sciences (later Metropolia) for teaching use. The aim of the acquisition is to get the tools to a new electronics measurement laboratory to provide practical laboratory education for growing student numberswith sufficient resources and more measurement laboratories at the same time.The appropriation provided for and/or acquisition is exceeded. The acquisition is divided into two areas where the tenderer may submit the offer to one or more areas. The areas are: 1) Digital oscilloscope and DC voltage2) More spectrum analyzer description of purchasing and requirementshave been issued in the appendices of the invitation to tender
