This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information for market mapping. According to the preliminary plan, sports services will carry out the procurement of group and course activity guidance services for children, young people and families (incl. activities of the activity model) produced as purchase serviceswith a later published call for tenders. The aim is to publish the request for tenders during the spring of 2024. With this announcement, the city of Jyvaeskylae is looking for actors interested in procurement to register for the information and dialogue events that will be held as part of the procurement preparation. Acquisition background: JyvaeThe city of Skylae will tender the group and course activities for children and young people and families implemented by sports services as purchase services (Harrastaminen model). Liikuntapalvelu has overall coordination responsibility for the sports group and course activities for children, young people and families produced by the cityas and for organizing the group activity of the Jyvaeskylae hobby model aimed at 1 9 graders. The purpose of the competition is to find service providers to carry out activities as part of this entity. Activities related to the hobby model (culture and exercise) take place on weekdays eitherbefore the start of the school day or after the school day. The activity usually ends by 5:00 p.m. Physical activity outside the hobby model is carried out on weekdays, as a rule, after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends.
