- Description:
- The object of the procurement is a high-performance lawnmower to be acquired for the technical industry of the city of Riihimäki. The city of Riihimäki requests your offer for one (1) high-performance mower in accordance with this request for tender and the attachments. Procurement falls under the Procurement Act (1397/2016), the national thresholds set, i.e. it is a small-scale procurement, the procurement guidelines of the city of Riihimäki are applied to the bidding process. The procurement procedure is an open procedure, and one (1) supplier is selected based on the bidding process. The contract will into effect at the earliest when the procurement decision has gained legal force and both parties to the Agreement have signed the Agreement. In this procurement, the lowest price is used as the basis for overall economic profitability. The one with the lowest price will be chosen as a journalist. All procurement requirements are presented in the tender request and its appendices. The content of the tender must be in accordance with the tender request and its appendices, and the object of procurement must comply with the quality levels specified in this tender request and requirements.
