- Helen Oy (hereinafter the Procurement Unit or the Customer) has a Katri Vala heat pump plant with a district heating capacity of 140 MW and a district cooling capacity of 94 MW. The plant utilizes the thermal energy contained in the purified wastewater for heat production. Katri Vala's heat pump plant, which has reached the end of its life cycle, three jthe submersible pump, which acts as the main circulation pump of the wastewater circuit, is being renewed to improve and ensure the facility's usability. In the same connection, the electric motors of the above-mentioned submersible pumps will be renewed (3 pcs).
In this procurement, the Procurement Unit is looking for an equipment supplier for the aforementionedfor frequency converter-driven electric motors of main circulation pumps (3 pcs.). The scope of the procurement includes the delivery of electric motors to the Customer's Katri Vala heat pump plant, complete with mounting and support structures and other equipment, so that they can be mounted as such in a sunken sinkto the fixing flange of the plugs and to the Customer's power supply cables and to the necessary measuring cables.
Operational values of the electric motors to be purchased:
- Motor nominal power:
850 kW
- Operating voltage: 690 V
- Efficiency class IE4 (IEC 60034-30-1)
- Frequency converter operation (purchase of frequency converters perluu to the Customer)
Motors must be designed and approved for heavy and continuous industrial use. Electric motors must have sufficient surface treatment corresponding to humid cave conditions for corrosion prevention.
Delivery time is an important matter for the Procurement Unit in this procurement.
