The City of Loviisa is applying for contractors to renovate the Isnas School Center.The area area: 561 m2 layer area: 489 k-m2 volume: 2120 m3 The implementation of the project is divided by the contract, on the terms of the subjugation. Building contract (main contract) (incl. Earthworks) 2. Electrical contract3.Plumbing4. Ventilation contract5. Automation contract (separate acquisition of the subscriber) The details and contents of the parts are presented in the Annexes of this invitation to tender. The tenderer may provide several parts or only one.This contracting and tendering includes work in the project in questionPlans to be fully completed as planned. The project's plans have been modeled and the general contractor must have resources and skills to utilize the data model on the site. The providers will receive the data model separately when requested for visual examination at the tender calculation phase,But the data model is not included in the contract documents. Thus, the data model cannot be used as a basis for a quantity calculation.
