The City of Loviisa is applying for contractors to renovate the Isnas School Center.The area area: 561 m2 layer area: 489 k-m2 volume: 2120 m3 The implementation of the project is divided by the contract, on the terms of the subjugation. Building contract (main contract) (incl. Earthworks) 2. Electrical contract3.Plumbing4. Ventilation contract5. More detailed information and contents of the automation contracts are presented in the Annexes of this invitation to tender. The tenderer may provide several parts or only one.This contracting and tendering includes the plans of the work included in the project in questionIn accordance with fully completed. The project's plans have been modeled and the general contractor must have resources and expertise to utilize the data model on the site. The providers will receive the information model separately when requested for visual examination at the tender calculation phase, but the data model is notincluded in the contract documents. Therefore, the data model cannot be used as a basis for a quantity calculation. To submit a contract offer, you need to explore the site in accordance with the schedules below.
