• CITY-INFRA MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT RE-COVERING WORKS IN THE EAST AREA 2026 Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your offer for the resurfacing work of the eastern area of the urban infrastructure maintenance department east of the Vantaanjoki in the region on 1.5. - 30 November 2026, in accordance with this call for tenders and the attached tender documents. PROCUREMENT UNIT The procurement entity is Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services department. We are the city's own producer; all-rounder in construction, environmental management and logistics. Stara's biggest customer is the Urban environment sector, which orders infrastructure renovation works and related resurfacing works from the urban infrastructure maintenance department.
