• The object of the acquisition is a payroll and HR system, which also includes a travel management section. The system is acquired as a SaaS service and it includes implementation and support for use. The system must support municipal employment and collective agreements (KVTES, OVTES, TS and TTES) and enables management of the life cycle of the service relationship, salary payment processes and comprehensive reporting. The city of Naantali considers it important that the ownership and development rights of the system are under the control of the provider, so that we can ensure the salary service continuity and the system's ability to develop during the contract period. The system to be acquired serves as the primary master data source for basic personnel and service relationship information for other city systems. It must support Microsoft 365 - credentials (SSO, Azure AD integration).
