- The acquisition is subject to the services of the directing area of the Suojarvi Recreation Area for the period 1.1.2026-31.12.2027.
The Refreshment Area of the Suorajarvi is 1.39 hectares in Kuusamo. The area nurse in the recreational area is responsible for eg. Tasks related to the rental activities of the recreational area, procurement needsreporting, cleaning the premises and servicing the boat equipment. The work of the regional nurse focuses on cleaning and is responsible for the cleanliness of the whole area. A more detailed service description can be found in Appendix 1.

The redemption of the option periods is at the consideration of the subscriber. The status is announced by the redemption of the options no later than 30.9.2027 (Option period 1) and 30.9.2028 (Option period 2). Options can be redeemed at once or separately.
