- The Sortti collection truck round collects hazardous waste, electrical and electronic waste, and metal from households. The cars circulate in Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa and Kirkkonummi. The collection is organized once a year in the spring. The collection begins at the turn of March-April and lasts until the beginning of June. In addition, HSY has organized the Sortti collection truck tour to areas designated for hazardous waste for four consecutive years. It has been decided to continue the autumn collection round for the time being. A more detailed service description can be found in appendix 1 Service description.
