• The municipality of Kempele requests your tender for the procurement of: "Sarkkiranta sports center storm water". The form of the contract is a total contract based on a unit price. The main work phases of the contract:- improvement of the existing stormwater system- installation of the stormwater pumping station The contract the detailed content can be found in the tender request material that can be downloaded from the tender service. The contractor's offer must be based on the mentioned tender request material. The performance amounts are theoretical amounts based on plans. The quantities are not ordered binding. The contractor is selected based on the most affordable contract price derived from unit prices and quantities. The contract price used in the comparison of contract prices is formed according to the line "Contract price" in the appendix: "Unit price list to be priced". This amount must be entered into the offer service. The list of unit prices to be priced and the tender form completed by the contractor must be uploaded to the tender service. The contractor must familiarize himself with the work site before submitting the tender. Before starting the work the procurement decision must be legally binding and the contract must be signed. The entire contract must be fully completed with handover materials by May 31, 2026. The contract includes all materials and installation work needed for the job.
