• Metsähallitus tenders the construction contract for Aulango's Graniittilinna summer theater to the extent required by this request for tenders and its attached documents. The procurement includes all work and materials as well as transportation costs that the work The contract includes dismantling and transporting the old wooden theater structures to an approved energy waste collection point, as well as possible handling fees. In addition, the contract includes the felling of two trees marked on the station drawing and removal and re-installation of the old observation booth. The form of the contract is a total price contract and the general contract terms of the construction contract YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660) as specified in the contract draft and the contract program are followed. The main contractor works as the main implementer of the object and is responsible for the obligations of the main implementer (YSE § 1 - § 4) e.g. about occupational safety and general site obligations. The main contractor is responsible for the necessary site services if the request for tender or the attached material does not unless otherwise stated. The scope of work, materials and scope are presented in more detail in the plan materials attached to the request for tender. The winning bidder acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The contractor responsibilities include all the responsibilities of the main contractor.
