The acquisition includes the Puutaritie Kindergarten project as a total contract, including construction HVAC and main contracts in accordance with the contract calculation documents.
The work is done according to the plans made by the customer. The subscriber acquires the main contract under subordinationAs a side contract: Building automation contract. The camera and security system is a separate acquisition of the customer. The construction contractor also acts as the main implementer of the project during the contract and as a contractor responsible for site management responsibilities and site services.
The contract comprises the garden road's kindergarten buildings,Building a yard and yard buildings. The kindergarten has a civil protection space. The kindergarten is a 168-seat CLT-frame kindergarten.
The contract competition is carried out by an open procedure. In the invitation to tender, the subscriber has specified the eligibility/suitability conditions required by the tenderer. The cheapest (benchmark)The contractor that meets the eligibility criteria is chosen as the main contractor.
