The system must produce reliable data on traffic flows and visitor numbers. Delivery and services: The purchase includes equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance and support. The solution must work in different conditions. Data protection and data security: Data must be processed in accordance with the requirements of data protection and data security. Benefits and goals: Acquisition supports traffic management, tourism planning and regional development. Principles of good governance: The tenderer must comply with the law, tax obligations, personnel safety and environmental standards, and demonstrate financial stability and responsible operation.
