- The design objectives and the aim of the schedule work to draw up a zoning plan to meet the content requirements of section 54 of the AKL, which enables measures according to the vision of the Siuntio Municipal Center and changes in the line of street area. In addition, the planning work is intended to change the current SiuntionieLT area as a street area. The objectives will be refined during the planning process. The planning work is expected to start during 2025 so that OAS and the natural material will be made available in late 2025. The town plan and the change in the town plan are to be approved by the municipal council during 2026.The consulting services and documentary to be produced include all the work stages of the design until the approval of the formula sketch; - Completion of the participation and evaluation plan and update through the draft plan- Draft Formula Proposal Determination Materialdraws up a draft participation and evaluation plan, which the consultant updates before the Panet and, if necessary, during the plan process. The municipality will submit the floor map of the valid town plan and carry out the necessary updates. The assignment includes the preparation of counterparts for opinions,statements and reminders, as well as any correction and complaint. In each phase of each formula process, the total price must be prepared for the preparation of forty (40) counterparts, the overpowering equivalents can be billed as additional work.
