Description:
The Ministry of Employment and the Economy requests your offer for the theme evaluations of the Innovative and competent Finland regional and structural policy program in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. European regional and structural policy increases the economic and social cohesion of the member states and development differences between regions are reduced. EU support to member countries is channeled through temporary programs prepared in member countries and approved by the Commission. Each member state has drawn up programs for each program period of the EU's regional and structural policy, which describe the development activities of the member state set starting points, goals and actions as well as funding in accordance with EU regulations regarding the program period. Finland's Innovative and competent Finland 2021 2027 program supports business, energy, climate, innovation, education and employment policies as well as work against exclusion and poverty. 3.1 billion euros of public funding (state, municipality, other public funding) will be allocated from the program as project funding. The program concerns mainland Finland. Program evaluation is a requirement set in EU legislation. The procurement is about the thematic evaluation of the "Renewable and capable Finland" program. Acquisition the target is the evaluation of the two independent themes implemented in the program: Green growth and Availability of a skilled workforce.
