- Description:
- The object of procurement are heat energy meters suitable for measuring the use of district heat and their accessories. In addition, the purchase includes heat energy calculators and other parts or accessories related to measuring devices. The procurement is divided into two to the sub-area as follows: Section 1: Group A thermal energy meters - During the year 2026, a total of 944 thermal energy meters and their additional devices will be purchased for sub-area 1. A total of 70 parts and accessories for the meters will be purchased. It is estimated that approximately 150 thermal energy meters will be purchased as additional orders. The assessment is not binding. Section 2: Group B thermal energy meters - During the year 2026, a total of 101 heat energy meters and their additional devices will be purchased for sub-area 2. A total of 70 parts and accessories for the meters will be purchased. It is estimated that approximately 25 thermal energy meters will be purchased as additional orders. The assessment is not binding. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments, in particular in Annexes 1A "Technical Description A" and 1B "Technical Description B". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid until 31 December 2026. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract with two (2) option periods of a maximum of one (1) year. See also the request for quotation clause 3 of the attached agreement.
