Description:
The customer requested offers for communication and marketing services in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. This request for tender was based on Hansel Oy's Communication and marketing services 2020-2026 (DPS) dynamic procurement system (hereinafter "DPS"). DPS's internal tendering has been carried out in category 2 Separate services. The customer selected a supplier based on the dynamic procurement system's internal tendering and entered into a procurement contract with the winning bidder. The procurement contract model is a request for tender in appendix 9. The minimum requirements for the procured services are described in appendix 2 "Object and conditions of the dynamic procurement system" and in appendix 3 "Minimum requirements". The scope of the procurement is described in appendix 1 "Description of the client's procurement object".
