Description:
The acquisition focuses on the Tikkurila Expertise Campus Quarter 1 Uusimetrakkoninen as a collaborative project management contract. The acquisition is above the EU threshold and is carried out by an open procedure.
The project management contract is purchased at a target and ceiling price with a fixed project management fee. The bid should provide a fee percentage.
The design is progressing in the general design phase. The designers are in contract relationship with VTK Kiinteistoet Oy throughout the project.
Block 1 Uusimetravuuskatusi is A teaching building that will be located in the Tikkurila Expertise Campus area, next to the intersection of Jokiniementie and Valkisalahteentie (block 62001). The project also includes a passage across the White Lahteentie road. The item is exceptionally demanding. Block 1 Uusimetravuikkiva consists of space spaces A total of about 2,700 students from four different educational institutions: Vantaa Vocational College from Varia, Tikkurila High School, Vantaa Adult College and Vantaa Music Institute. The site is 6-storey ( + IV machine room + basement). The scope of the project is approximately 28,700 brm2, the more detailed extent will be determined tender documents and plan solutions during the development phase. The plot is approximately 7,900 m2.
The parking spaces of the block 1 are addressed to the 62003 parking facility in the campus area. Bicycle seats in block 1 are mainly placed in the above to the parking facility ....
