• We are asking for a quote for the renovation of the balconies and corridors of the Tiklinkuja 3 property owned by Espoo Asunnot Oy. Tiklinkuja 3, located in Lintuvaara, Espoo, was built in 1993. The property consists of seven one- or two-story terraced and from luhti houses. The facades consist of reinforced concrete sandwich elements, the outer surfaces of which have a brick tile surface. The apartments have separate balconies made of concrete, which are supported by brick walls.
