Description: The Urban Environment Industry (Kym) is acquiring a space information system to replace the current system at the end of the contract period. The aim of the procurement of a system solution is to contribute to the maintenance of a functional and efficient space network by enabling the systematic and coordinated design and management of the space projects of the City of Helsinki's space projects in Helsinki. The status information system streamlines and enhances the design and implementation of space projects, allows you to collect space requirements in one system, and facilitate the utilization of repeated requirements in different status projects. In addition, it provides stakeholders with a common channel for managing and maintaining these space requirements.
The system is generally used by renovation and new building projects where the need for change in the space network will be realized.
