- This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information for market mapping. With this announcement, the procurement unit (the City of Jyvaeskylae and the Jyvaeskylae Education Council Corporation Gradia) is looking for actors interested in the procurement to register for the shifts to be carried out as part of the preparation of the procurementfor phone calls.
The City of Jyvaeskylae, Jyvaeskylae University of Applied Sciences and Gradia will tender P1 cleanliness management consulting services as a joint procurement. The consulting service includes instructions for dust control and final cleaning during construction of maintenance and annual repairs, as well as controlbe. The procurement is planned to be done as a framework arrangement, for which the necessary number of partners will be selected. The request for tender will be published in May 2024.

The procurement unit wants to have a technical dialogue with all operators interested in procurement. The survey in the form of Forms will be sent to everyone interested in the dialogue.
2-4 market participants from among those who registered will be invited to introduce themselves and on Wedto discuss one-on-one the upcoming acquisition in Teams meetings. The answers to the Forms survey serve as the basis of the discussion.
