• Description:
• The request for tender concerns the storage, replacement and repairs of car and work machine tires of the city of Rauma and the city's business establishments, as well as tires to be renewed. Tires are stored at the supplier's premises and changed to cars at the supplier's premises every year in spring and autumn. Every car user makes an appointment to change tires. The city of Rauma does not commit to a certain quantity or value of the purchase during the contract period. This contract does not include vehicles belonging to the customer's possible leasing contracts tires. During the contract period, the tires will be ordered individually and in sets according to the customer's needs. The contract period does not create an exclusive right for the bidders to replace the tires and the Customer does not undertake to order any pre-defined assignments from a contract supplier. The tire exchange point must be located no more than 20 kilometers from the Isometsä depot in the city of Rauma (Isometsäntie 3). The contract period is 28 September 2026 - 30 September 2028, after which the contract period can be extended by the customer with a decision valid indefinitely with a notice period of six (6) months. The contract supplier selected as a result of this tender is obliged to transfer the customer's tires that are in storage in the warehouse of the previous contract supplier, to its own warehouse during week 40/2026. At the beginning of the contract period, the customer may not incur transfer costs for these tire transfers from the tire hotel of the previous contract supplier to the tire hotel of the new contract supplier....
