Description:
The municipal corporation of Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (hereinafter "HUS") tenders the tissue support networks in accordance with the tender documents. HUS requests bids for the procurement of tissue support networks in accordance with the procurement notice and this request for bids and its appendices. It is a supplementary procurement ja the said request for tender does not procure all the tissue support nets in use by the procurement unit or related accessories.
The procurement is divided into five (5) product groups with option group 6 (not compared) as follows:
1. Tissue support networks (ePTFE)
2. Soluble tissue support networks for inguinal and abdominal herniasto orajus
3. Gynecological nets
4. Glue Applicators
5. Attachment system
6. Additional products to be offered (option, not compared)
The product groups have been further divided into several product baskets as described in the offer form attached to the tender request (excl. Product group 1, which consists of one tfrom the litter box). The contents of the product baskets and the products to be purchased are described in more detail in the offer form. Each item must be offered in one product basket. product line of the product basket (i.e. partial offer within the product basket is not allowed).at the age of 2 years, after which it continues to be valid indefinitely. The contracting party may terminate the contract valid for an indefinite period in writing, following a notice period of six (6) months.
