- The acquisition focuses on the renovation of Toeoeloe elementary school as a project management contract and a separate new building as a fixed price contract and the demolition of yard buildings as a fixed price contract. The contractor works in the contract with the general contractor within the meaning of the YSE 1998 terms and legislationas the main implementer. The new building has a size of 399.5 gross square meters. The renovation project in the current school building includes, in addition to the above, entrance extension andNew yard storage and gas cylinders storage space. The scope of the contracts to be contracted is more detailed in the contract documents. The contract also includes yard and street work to the extent defined in the contract documents.
The destination is located in Taka-Toeoeloe district in Helsinki at Toeoeloenkatu 41- 45, 00250 Helsinki.
