Description:
The contract includes the construction of Toeoeloenlahti Flood Protection and Bird Song Bike Road arrangements to the extent indicated by the contract documents. The builder is the General Areas of the City of Helsinki City Environment, which also serves as YSE 98.The work must be ready and received, as well as the inspections required by the authorities and the inspection institutions, approved 30.9.2027.The contractor is the overall contract in which the contractor selected for the job as the general contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish legislationas a functioning main implementer. The contractor is responsible for the site's management responsibilities and site services. On March 7, 2017, the parties have signed a "joint municipal engineering site" under the name of a co-operation agreement in which the City of Helsinki is called "main subscriber" and other agreements "subscribers." HereIn the agreement, the UKT parties include: agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009. The main contractor will transfer to the main contractor all the main implementer duties mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract will be transferred to the main contractor.The UKT parties of the developer, and in section 3.4, separate contracts and other developer purchases.
