Description:
Building site [weather 01.011.1.001] is located in North Karelia, Tohmajarvi, near Vartsila. There are 2 areas to be dredged in the design area, of which part 1 has a wider western open water mosaic, sub-area 2 The area to be converted into open water. In addition to the design areaAt the southeastern edge (sub-area 3), an existing ditch is restored and the eastern edge of the ditch is bevelled towards the meadow and a new ditch is dug. In the open water areas to be dredgedareas of low water and deep water. Low water areas are 20-50 cm of water depth, most of which 40-50 cm. Deep water areas are 55-70 cm of water depth. The dredging masses are delivered to the dumping area with barges. The procedures add open water by digging out the floating moss,Luhta and aquatic vegetation and decayed peat and by establishing mud and dry islands. Some of the dredging masses are utilized for mud and dry islands built in the area. The bottom sediment is not dredged anywhere other than the landing pool. The contract also includes trees andRemoval of the crop, excavation and design work on existing and new ditch lines. The contract includes the construction of all areas.
