• At its meeting on September 2, 2025, the Akaa city council has approved § 226 Toijala's new daycare needs assessment, on the basis of which a project plan for an 8-group daycare center has been drawn up. The project plan has been approved by the city council on March 25, 2026. This the procurement notice (request for tender) is conditional on the project plan gaining legal force. Content of the request for tender: The KVR contract includes the reference plans for the design and construction of the new building of Akaa's new 8-group daycare center and in accordance with the accounting documents. The address of the construction site is Akaantie, 37800 AKAA. Toijala's new elementary school will be completed on the same property in the fall of 2026, and the building will be connected to the loading dock with a covered entrance. The form of the contract is the KVR contract. The Kvr contractor acts as the main implementer as intended by the legislation. The Kvr contractor's obligation as the main contractor continues in the project until the end of the warranty period, when the site carries out, for example, follow-up work after the approved acceptance inspection, warranty inspections subsequent corrections of errors and deficiencies or separately ordered additions and changes.
