Description:
Porvoon Energia (Buyer) is planning to construct an industrial scale heat pump plant, which will enhance the heat production efficiency of the Tolkkinen power plant in Porvoo, Finland. The heat pump plant will be connected into the existing district heating network and will operate in connection with the existing power plant unit K3. The heat pump plant will be designed to cool a water flow of 150 kg/s from a nominal temperature of 48 C to temperature of 32 C (design point) and deliver heat into an incoming 48 C water flow and heat it up to an outlet temperature of 75 C (design point). We ask interested tenderers to submit application to participate the tendering process of the Tolkkinen power plant heat pump. Tenderers should deliver with the participation application, for evaluation purposes, a preliminary proposal for the heat pump plant as specified in the delivery description/preliminary request for quotation.
