Description:
In this contract, the so-called Salmiranta is being demolished as an overall demolition contract. The beach building of the course center area and cleaned soil in the contract area in the immediate vicinity of the demolished building. The demolition contract includes a total demolition of the building and the HVAC technology in the contract areaand the demolition of yard structures in accordance with the contract documents. The demolition contract includes handling and removing the demolition material and waste. The demolition work must be performed as a sorting demolition where as much of the demolition material and demolition waste should either be directed to reuse,to recycle or utilize. The dismantling permit has been granted. The demolition contractor is responsible for the implementation of the site-time traffic arrangements. Demolition work as a fixed -priced total contract.The cleaning of the piled soil is carried out by a separate master plan and authority provided by the authorityIn accordance with the pima decision. The subscriber is responsible for arranging environmental engineering, contaminated soil reception fees and the supply of the necessary filling material. Polluted soil cleaning work is performed as a target -related unit price job as a SalmirantaThe Beach Building of the Course Center area at Salmirannantie 3, Jyvaskyla. The building is three layers.
