Description:
In this rock cliff strengthening project, the rock is strengthened with an ST-shaped project in Jyväskylä's Muuratsalo. The rock area to be strengthened is bordered by neighboring properties, from whose area the work can be carried out. The reinforcement contract includes a detailed description of the work planning, the necessary protection structures, all reinforcement work and the restoration of the areas after the work has been completed. A repair method proposal dated 22 April 2025 has been drawn up for the site (appendix 5), which serves as the starting material for project planning. The contractor is responsible on the implementation of construction site traffic arrangements. The contract's pricing model is pricing based on unit prices, which also includes fixed-price items. Vehicle traffic from Säynätsalo to Muurasalo passes the weight-restricted Louhunsalmi bridge via. The object of the contract is located at Saaritie 31, 40900 Säynätsalo. The contractor procures the site electricity and water he needs for the work. The planned contract period is 4.5. - 10.7.2026. The contractor acts as the main contractor and main executor of the contract. The contractor must familiarize yourself with the conditions and regulations regarding the site of the reinforcement contract and the work area before submitting an offer. The client will present the contract object Saaritie 31b, Säynätsalo on Mon 30.3.2026 from 12 to 13 and Tue 31.3.2026 from 12 to 13.
