The starting point for the invitation to tender is to introduce a tool to calculate, evaluate and compare the climate impact of the town plan of land use plans for the climate impact of the City of Oulu.It may be in the development phase. However, the software can still be developed and improved while it is in use. The service must be used for the calendar year 2025 and one option year. The price offered must be valid until the end of 2025 and for a possible option year.
