Description:
Acquisition contract (MRU) is part of a larger project, where the Topinpuisto Sorting Station, which becomes part of the Topinpuisto Circular Economy Center, is carried out. The whole includes reception points for different waste varieties, social facilities for the building staff, transport links, water supply and energy network and stormwater system. All functions form a park area where, in addition to the customer service, the circular economy solutions are presented.
A significant role in the project will be to promote circular economy and low carbon solutions. Lasting The goals of development will play a significant role in both the criteria for selection of procurement (quality scoring) and procurement requirements (commercial terms and technical requirements).
MRU will be implemented as a KVR contract, where the main contractor to be selected is also responsible for the preparation of the plans for the subscriber based on a project plan and other contract documents complementary. MRU will include, among other things, the following steps:
- Preparation and clearing of the construction site
- regions base reinforcements (including pillar stabilization, including recipe for binder used and Other Technical Planning)
- Working stormwater management
- Entities of regional and fairway construction
- Entities of green and landscape construction
- Site and areas of the project, including maintenance responsibilities.
