- The City of Tornio is competing in the Tornion-Muonionjoki water monitoring in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition is subject to water monitoring of the Tornion-Muonionjoki River Tornion-Muonionjoki in 2025-2030. (Annex to the invitation to tender 1.). The Lapland ELY Center has approved this plan (Annex 2nd of the invitation to tender). The monitoring and its reporting must be carried out in accordance with the plan below (Annex 1). The monitoring begins as planned on June 1, 2025 and will continue until the end of 2030.The acquisition is subject to the general terms and conditions of consultancy (KSE 2013) to the extent not mentioned in the tender documents.
