The North Karelia procurement is requested to offer a bid for repairing the freezing damage in the Joensuu City Ice Sports Center as a total price contract. The contract includes the HVAC and construction engineering work in the design documentsTo the extent as a total contract. The HVAC or construction contractor of the site acts as the main implementer of the site.
