The acquisition is the construction of three apartment buildings (plots 2 and 4) and the construction of their joint block yard in Jatkasaari in Helsinki as a fixed-price total contract, including all the work of the construction technology.1

Each form of management is drawn up for its own contract. If Heka Jatkasaari Kiribatinkatu 1 project cannot be implemented as a whole at the same time as As Oy Helsinki Aruba, the Heka Jatkasaari Kiribati 1 contract is agreed solelyfirst -stage civil engineering measures and on plot 4 on plot of plot base reinforcement measures (plans Heka Jatkasaari Kiribatinkatu 1/07 Contract Landing Material / 02 Technical / 05 GEO / Folders Pile Tile Design and Hekan's first -stage earthworks).
