The City of Kotka (contracting unit, subscriber) has requested offers for the overall planning of the Karhula School Center in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The purpose of the project is to plan the sports hall in the Karhula district of the city of Kotka. The subject has been completedA project plan approved by the City Government on 31.1.2022 / 52. The design begins with the preparation of proposal and implementation plans. The planning is led by the city architect and other customer representatives from the technical services and user representatives participate in the design meeting. Groupsupplemented with the necessary other experts.
