Description:
1) PROJECT OVERVIEW
o This purchase is based on the following decisions of the city of Oulu:
o §99/2024, City Council, Budget 2025 and plan 2026 2027, 9 December 2024.
o §53/2024, Corporate Division of the City Council, Work program for 2025 for projects to be implemented with the repair budget, 19/11/2024.
The concept plan shows the scope of the project and the location of the premises with their functionality. Basically, the project will be implemented exactly according to the concept plan and not you can deviate from the plan.
o In connection with the new construction project, the old daycare center will be demolished and the new daycare center will be located mainly in the current daycare center to the place.
The necessary changes to the yard will be carried out according to the concept plan through based on the future implementation plan solution.
The breakdown is presented later in this call for tenders (section 2).
o Other necessary consultation (such as moisture management, cleanliness management and safety coordination as well as supervision, construction, special quality assurance, etc. consulting services) are tendered during the planning phase.
