• Description:
• 1) PROJECT OVERVIEW o This purchase is based on the following decisions of the city of Oulu: o §97/2025, City Council, Budget 2026 and financial plan 2027-2028, 8 December 2025. o §63/2025 Corporate Division of the City Council, with the Repair appropriation the work program for 2026 and the plan for 2027-2028 for 17 November 2025. o The new construction project is based on a prepared concept plan, which is attached to the request for tenders. The scope of the project and the location of the facilities are presented in the concept plan with functionality. Basically, the project will be implemented exactly according to the concept plan and the plan cannot be deviated from without the customer's approval and a justified reason. o In connection with the new construction project, the old daycare center and the new one will be demolished the daycare center will mainly be located on the site of the current daycare center. Demolition planning is included in the assignment. o The current playground area with play furniture will remain mostly as it is now. The necessary changes to the yard will be implemented in the future through the concept plan based on the implementation plan solution. o The planning is carried out as total responsibility planning, including the planning tasks according to this call for tenders. The breakdown is presented later in this call for tenders (in point 2) o Other necessary consultation (eg moisture management, cleanliness management and safety coordination as well as supervision, construction, special quality assurance, etc. consultation services) are tendered during the planning phase. o A design contract will be made...
