Pirkanmaan Jatehuolto Oy (PJH) and Southwest Finland Jatehuolto Oy (LSJH) will publish a preliminary notice of the total service acquisition of sales invoices. Procurement entities will ask tenderers interested in future market dialogue to report their interest and registerMarket dialogue responding to this request for information. This notification is not a invitation to tender and it does not start a tender, but is a request for information on market survey. This does not oblige contracting entities to carry out the actual procurement and any information providedare not binding. The acquisition site will be refined as the market dialog progresses and the subject of the acquisition may change in content during it. Failure to respond to a request for information does not prevent any participation in the tendering process, and responding to the request for information will not affect the position of the tenderer in the actualin the tender. The contracting entities do not pay compensation to the tenderers for participating in market dialogue.
