- Description:
- The environmental department of Nurmijärvi municipality is requesting offers for vehicle towing and moving services. The procurement includes vehicle towing and moving services for the period between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2029. It is a three-year framework agreement, which also includes two annual option 1.7.2029-30.6.2031. Nurmijärvi municipality selects one supplier based on the offers. The basis of comparison is the cheapest price. The contract includes towing and moving vehicles at the municipality's request from the Nurmijärvi municipality area. A vehicle in local transmission must be moved to the immediate vicinity of the location, and when moving to storage, the vehicle must be towed to the Nurmijärvi municipality's warehouse at the Metsä-Tuomela waste treatment area (Iivari metsätie 224, 01900 Nurmijärvi). Towing place for towing heavy vehicles is always evaluated individually. The contract also includes taking photos of the vehicles to be moved before and after towing, and delivering the photos to the municipality in accordance with a separately agreed procedure. The selected supplier will be ordered during the contract period vehicle towing as needed. The annual towing amounts estimated in the request for tender are not binding on the customer. The tenderer and the service to be offered must meet the requirements described in the request for tender and its appendices.
