Description:
The North Karelia procurement is requested to offer to the city of Lieksa the overall construction of the Koli playground for the construction of the Koli Playground. The work covers the playground and lighting construction to the extent mentioned in the plan documents. The builder requires that the contractor is familiarto the site and its surroundings before the offer is made. The screening of the site will be held on March 19, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Registration for the construction site must be made by email to ritva.patja@lieksa.fi no later than 18.3.2025 at 4 pm. If the tenderer does not participateThe screening will be explored independently. The tender will be rejected if the tenderer has not become familiar with the construction site and its surroundings. The offer is binding and must be drawn up in Finnish. The procurement process is in full in Finnish. The contract must meet the European Unionregulations adopted directly by law, Finnish laws and regulations and authorities, including: in terms of structure, equipment, work and fire safety and electrical safety.
