The purchase is subject to the device mentioned in the invitation to tender and in the annexes, the associated maintenance and any equipment -related accessories required for use as specified in the Annexes.
Ordinary Class II biological protective cabinets are obtained an estimated 4 per year. Class II biologicalCytostatic protection cabinets are purchased 1,000 mm per year and 1 piece per year at 1300 mm wide.for. The estimated amount of devices purchased for T-add-on is described in Annex 8 of the T-Insert Preliminary List. The number of devices to be purchased for T-plugin is taken into account in Appendix 1 in the annual consumption estimates noted.To carry out the procurement, the contracting entity reserves the right:
- changes the number of devices stated in the invitation to tender
- to suspend the procurement or part of
- to terminate the contract or part of it already without notice
