Description:
The acquisition shall be the subject of the T-hospital add-on dialysis devices and pipelines mentioned in the invitation to tender and in its appendices, as well as the related maintenance as defined in the appendices.
If the appropriation reserved for the purchase of equipment is not sufficient to carry out the acquisition of the contracting entityreserve the right:
- changes the number of devices stated in the invitation to tender
- to suspend the procurement or part of it
- to terminate the procurement contract or part of it without notice
TP18/25eu T -hospital dialysis devices and pipingThe attachment mentioned in the T-hospital add-on dialysis devices and pipelines, as well as the related maintenance as defined in the Annexes.
If the appropriation earmarked for equipment is not sufficient to carry out the acquisition of the contracting entity:
