If the appropriation reserved for the purchase of the equipment is not sufficient to carry out the acquisition, the contracting entity reserves the right:
- change the number of devices indicated in the invitation to tender
- interrupts or part of the acquisition
- to dismiss already done a contract of procurement or part of it without notice period
