- The target of the purchase is the device mentioned in the invitation to tender and in the annexes, the related maintenance and any equipment -related accessories required for use as specified in the Annexes.
Class II biological An estimated 1 per year at 1000 mm wide and 1 piece per year at 1300 mm wide is purchased per year.
The planned target of the acquisition is to acquire biological protective cabinets for the new T-building building and future acquisitions for an indefinite agreement for. The estimated amount of devices purchased for T-add-on is described in Annex 8 of the T-Insert Preliminary List. The number of devices purchased for the T add-on is taken into account in Annex 1 in the annual consumption estimates.
If the appropriation reserved for the purchase of equipment is not sufficient To carry out the procurement, the contracting entity reserves the right:
- change the number of devices indicated in the invitation to tender
- interrupts or part of the acquisition
- to terminate the contract already concluded or part of it without notice
