- The acquisition shall be the subject of the equipment mentioned in the invitation to tender and in the annexes, the related maintenance and any accessories required for use as defined in the invitation to tender and in the annexes.
If the appropriation reserved for the purchase of equipment is not sufficient to carry out the acquisition, the contracting entityreserve the right:
- change the number of devices stated in the invitation to tender
- to suspend the procurement or part of it
- to terminate the procurement agreement or part of it without notice
