The subject of the market dialogue is the track and construction plan for the Hosantie loading site, which is being prepared, and the acquisition called the abolition of Santarada for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency.
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES
The background of the project is the needs of Vantaa's urban development, with the goal Discontinuing Santarada and implementing a new loading point for Hosantie.
The goal is to design a replacement loading site for Santarada (track and construction plan), a new location in Havukoski next to Hosantie on the main track.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
The client's target schedule for market dialogue and procurement is:

- Publication of the request for tenders in November 2025
- The offer period ends in December 2025
