Description:
The sports services of the city of Kotka are asking for a bid for running the fitness trails. The work is carried out according to the attached work program with the customer's equipment (Prinoth and Pisten Bully slab 125 loader, Scania truck with swappable pallet equipment and snowmobile). The customer hands over to the contractor the treatment machines and equipment in working order, which the contractor has checked. The contractor is responsible for repairing defects caused by careless use, including costs. There are maintenance and repairs keep a machine-specific maintenance diary. Maintenance performed by the contractor is included in the contract price. The customer is responsible for the fuel costs of the machines. The contractor undertakes to take care of and use the machines and equipment carefully and to perform the scheduled maintenance maintenance according to the equipment suppliers' instructions. The operator is required to behave in a matter-of-fact and professional manner towards the municipal residents. The estimated season of the track run is 11.12.2025-30.4.2026 depending on the snow situation. The procurement procedure will form a one-year fixed-term contract. The customer has the right to unilaterally extend the fixed-term one-year contract period by implementing a one-year seasonal option.
